As our story opens, he's just starting work at the Kwop Shop in Llangari, the next village over from Pontybryn.
Ally Mitchell - 'Mitch'
The Mitch half of Mitch and Max, Ally is Joe's, Aria's and Maxine’s boss.
Always cheerful and easy to amuse, Mitch is great to work for, yet somehow always manages to stay on top of her gigantic to-do list.
Maxine Fulbright - 'Max'
Mitch’s other half, Max is deputy manager of the Kwop Shop in Llangari.
Her approach to nearly everything is taken very much from the school of dry humour; so much so that I imagine that years ago she would have been described as 'droll'.
